Why is my blog ranking so poorly on mobile?

Hey all!
So I noticed it has \~80+ on regular desktops but on mobile it’s always slow and lower than 50.

I believe google ads has some part in it, but not sure how to fix it (integrated it via the google site kit).

I did add 2 plugins that are supposed to help, autoptimize, and W3 cache, also enabled a cdn via cloudfront, but sill performs poorly. Any ideas how to fix this?
