  1. 1. your server is crap. In the tests I did, it takes anywhere between 3-5 seconds redirecting from http://www.bubblesvaletingayrshire.co.uk to bubblesvaletingayrshire.co.uk.

    2. You’re loading 3.6+ MB media files. Lazy load that shit, push videos down, lazy load.

    3. Optimize shit. You have a 1.5 mb image and a 1.5mb video loading.

  2. GTMetrix (free) use Canada server as test. Try other similar like google pagedev or pingdom tools which you can choose server location to test.

Anyway use CDN would be helpful. Plenty of cheap CDN nowadays.

  3. Hello
1st tip stop using GTMetrix for testing your website speed, it’s an outdated tools giving far from reality results and really dumb suggestion. Stick with Google tools either pagespeed for scores and soogle search console for metrics (core web vitals).
By taking a look at your website here are few tips you can apply to boost your scores:
    1. Delay 3rd party scripts: tidiochat, maps.google.com (google maps), stats.wp.com (analytics) use [FlyingScripts]) free plugin if you don’t want to deal with [WP Rocket delay exclusions])
    2. Stop combining CSS/JS (disable the setting on wp rocket) its an old techinque only useful for HTTP/1 since your website is using HTTP/2 combining can only cause more harm than benefits
    3. Resize compress and convert to webp your logo image. Preferred if you have the vector file format (PDF or SVG) you can inline it as SVG in the HTML saving a request and keeping best quality (right now its loading two times from two different elements multiplying the size of transfer)
    4. Remove unused CSS (use wp rocket feautures then fix styling issues by adding [safelist classes/ids]) this will also optimize Google Fonts
    5. You have a video as LCP element, its the wrost thing to deal with even thought there are some tweaks to speed up the loading of it. Change preload attribute from ‘none’ to ‘auto’ would be the first thing, then if you can consider changing to an image it would be better for speed.
Btw for the hosting yeah its definetly slow, even with caching enabled TTFB is higher than what should be. As long as you serve local users it might be not necessary to change hosting, but i highly recommand using a CDN especially useful for static resources such as CSS/JS. Cloudflare free can be used and configured easily by [Super Page Cacher]) plugin
These are a few suggestion you can apply yourself and you will for sure notice a boost in scores. Of course there is a lot more to improve in order to get better scores. In case you would be interested in getting a technical analysis and a speed optimization feel free to dm me
