I read novels translated by people and most of the time, they use WordPress to upload their translations. But for some odd reason, sometimes I can access the site but other times I can’t, specifically for when I am using WordPress in Safari/Chrome on my ipad. When I mean can’t, I mean that the whole webpage just doesn’t load (no error message or problem with the webpage, just a whole load of buffering). This sometimes happen only after reading a few chapters or even from the very first time I click on the link.
A few things to take note of, before you say anything about it potentially being the site owner’s problem, I have to point out that I can access the site perfectly fine on Chrome in my Andriod phone (during the times I can’t access it using my ipad). I have also never had this problem when on my phone. I am also using a stable wifi connection and the wifi that I use to load WordPress on Chrome on my phone is the same as the one I use on Safari/Chrome on my ipad. The only way I can get pass this problem is by VPN.
I would really like to understand if there is a way I can just access the sites without VPN.

The differences beween operating systems are because iOS/iPadOS browsers like Chrome still use Safari under the hood, they’ll basically behave all the same no matter what browser you use.
