it happens every two weeks, all i do is to delete .htacess file to solve this issue but it again happens

Edit: When I access something from dashboard it says “You don’t have permission to access this resource”

Your css file isn’t loading. Likely an http/https issue. Did you recently setup your ssl?
Press F12, check the console.
