I have been trying to set up Widget Options with Black Studio TinyMCE Widget but everytime I change the page visibility options and save it, the widget content disappears. It works fine with navigation menus & my events widget.
The PHP version was 7.4 but when I tried to upgrade I got a critical error. I deactivated all plugins except the 2 mentioned above and was able to upgrade to PHP 8 but I get the same problem with Widget Options.
I am using a different plugin at the moment so the website functions correctly, but this plugin has been removed from WordPress, so I need to replace it urgently (though it still works). I have used Widget Options successfully on other websites I support, all using a similar set of plugins.
For the time being I have deactivated all unnecessary plugins & Widget Options is not being used.
