Widget not loading unless the page is shift-refreshed.

To be more specific I am using the TONAL Theme which has one menu button that opens a widget to access Posts, Tag Cloud and Archive. The menu works fine and goes active but when I click on a post and then try to click the menu again it doesn’t open the widget unless I Shift-Refresh the page. Any thoughts? See page below.
