I have intsalled this app, and when I click “Switch to” on user profile, I stay inside my admin account (called “themaxletters”) – and see the message on my dashboard “You have switched to themaxletters” over and over no matter how many times I try to switch to another (customer) user.
I tried clearing my cache, cookies, incognito window, etc.
Tried switching off some plugins I thought could be culprits…
