I have had problems for quite some time with this plugin. First, it pops up two different “allow” windows, so it doesn;t convert well. It also seems to cause a long delay in page load time. I decided to remove the plugin, but once deactivated and removed, the blue bell icon still appears and the pop ups keep showing up. I have cleared both my browser cache and my wordpress cache and it still appears. WTAF?
