We have not tested our plugin with every theme/plugin combination out there, so we can’t give you a firm answer about this one. However we have worked very hard to build Infinite Uploads with compatibility as a high priority, so it’s rare for there to be a breaking compatibility problem with specific plugins. Usually if a plugin saves things to the uploads dir as configured by WordPress then it will just work as before. You can read more about our compatibility here.
The best way to find out for sure is to signup for our free trial and give it a go! If you happen to run into any issues in your testing we would gladly take a look and see if we can fix/improve compatibility with a specific plugin/theme combination.
