Will wordfence or other security plugins prevent future SEO Spam Attacks?

Yesterday, we have been hit by SEO Spam Attacks. I already mitigated the issues. I am wondering if wordfence or any security plugins will help prevent future SEO Spam Attacks? or is it a constant battle?

But also tell me in details what the attack was ? How was it implemented and I can help you more.

I saw your post yesterday. It wasn’t clear what the screenshot was actually of, in GSC. Was it recorded traffic to your site, or is your site serving those URLs? If it’s the latter, it means your site is compromised. That happens if you use old, abandoned or nulled themes and plugins.
