Window on Every Page, IP Address, Icon and Popup

[ad_1]

I sent some emails to support email address … but never heard back from anyone, so I am posting here.

First, we are currently building our site and using a static IP … Once the website is built we will be switching to our domain name. Right now our CookieYes account is setup for our IP address … If we PURCHASE A COOKIEYES PLAN under that IP address, can we easily switch the PAID account over to our domain name? (note: it would be much more difficult for us to purchase the plan under our domain name, because we wouldn’t be able to configure and test out the cookieYes settings prior to our domain name transfer).

Second, right now the CookieYes window pops up on our site when someone visits the page. Can we JUST show the CookieYes icon when someone visits? (if this can be accomplished using a paid account, we will be purchasing an account later, and would just need to know HOW to configure this when we launch).

Third, after a user chooses to ACCEPT or REJECT the COOKIEYES options …. the window closes. BUT, if the user goes to any other page of our site, or reloads the current page, then COOKIEYES window opens again … this happens with EVERY page of our site. The window always opens and offers the user these options, ever after the user accepts or rejects them. That is a huge problem. We’d like to know how to make this appear and show the window ONLY when they haven’t chosen to accept/reject the options. Note: I’ve been the only one with access to our site … and I’ve already logged 102/25,000 pageview of CookieYes (the # available for the free plan)
