Wondering if I can automate this very tedious task with code

Quick background: I have a pretty good background in web development but I’m not very familiar with WordPress. The job I’m working right now is a media company who’s website is hosted on WordPress. Each month they release a list of 200+ people for various categories. Each person has a name, title, company, write up & photo. Each of these 200+ people get an individual WordPress post. So it is my job to copy and past each person’s information and create the articles. It’s super tedious and time consuming. I was wondering if anybody has dealt with a similar situation and wrote some sort of program that helped them and can steer me in the right direction. Please let me know!
