When a customer places an order on our website we have two options for payment. Credit Card and Zelle.
When an order is paid via credit card it is marked with the status of “Processing” and an App push notification is triggered on the IOS Woo app.
The Issue:
We configured that if the customer selects to pay with “Zelle” the order is marked with the status of “Pending Payment” so we can track unpaid orders.
Previously we got a notification on the App for any new order that was placed regardless of its payment type or status. (“Processing” or “Pending Payment”)
For some reason, we are not getting the Push notifications on the WOO App for new orders with “Pending Payment” status.
How can we fix this?
