Woo-commerce shipping method incorrect for M17 zip code

I understand that for the zipcode M17 4UY, the shipping rates from the zone: “Manchester M7 to M14, M16 to M21, M40” should be applied but instead the rates from the shipping zone “Manchester M1 to M4” is used, right?

I think “Manchester M1 to M4” zone is on top of the “Manchester M7 to M14, M16 to M21, M40” that’s why it is getting matched first.

Can you please re-order the shipping zone such that “Manchester M7 to M14, M16 to M21, M40” is on top of “Manchester M1 to M4” like this: and try again?
