WooCommerce calculate shipping in cart or not

[ad_1]

I have a corporate client that sells fiber optic products like small cabinets, cable, and lots of electronics each about the size of an xBox.

They ship only to the USA and Canada.

They currently have it setup so that the user can calculate shipping (FedEx and UPS) in the cart before moving on to the checkout.

Question: is it better to have the shipping calculate in the cart or should they push them to checkout to get shipping?

  1. I don’t think it really matters. That said, I personally like to be able to see the shipping cost asap. Woocommerce shows it in the cart, so there’s no need to change anything.
