When a user has a coupon available to get the “Alluvial Chelating Crystal Rinse” product for free and they try to apply the coupon code at checkout, they get the message: “Optional Essential Oils is a required field. Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products” (screenshot below).
We use your plugin to add extra dropdowns to products. This product has a dropdown for “Optional Essential Oils”. You can see in the screenshot below that one of the options is selected, so the error message doesn’t make sense.
Could you look into why this warning message is coming up and why users aren’t able to use a coupon with this product? Why isn’t the dropdown selection being passed to checkout?
