We are now sending custom quotes/orders via creating a Order page, assigning to the customer, then hitting the trigger email to customer in the woocommerece options.
The customer is receiving email, logging in, and then proceeding to pay with credit card and It’s not sending the Transaction through – it’s coming into my stripe dashboard as Incomplete, but saying Failed on Woocommerce’s end.
Is an API not being called up on the Customer Order page? What would cause the transaction to spin and fail?
