Hello,
I’m a WordPress newbie using Blocksy + WooCommerce. When I first started, WooCommerce displayed a message indicating the need to update the database. This update was mandatory and didn’t offer any option to skip. Before updating, I placed an order as a customer, and WooCommerce displayed the customer data correctly. However, after the mandatory database update, all customer data disappeared, and even placing a new order didn’t show any customer information. I haven’t installed any additional plugins besides the ones that come with Blocksy. Even after manually deactivating all Blocksy plugins, the issue persisted with no customer data showing up. However, I can see different customers created within WordPress users. please advise on what might be the problem? Thank you.
