I am setting up a wordpress e-commerce website with woocommerce. I live in a developing island nation, so there are no streets addresses for delivery. I was wondering if there was a plugin or custom way to add delivery fee to checkout based on a dropdown of villages. E.g. Village X will be 5 dollars delivery, Village Y will be 10 dollars since it is further.

Maybe the simplest way would be to just add all villages as flat fee shipping options.
