I have set the shipping zone with two different methods: shipping by courier (with 3 different shipping classes) and free shipping starting from €99 but the “free shipping” option does not appear in the cart.
If I place a minimum order of €10, €50 or €100 then the option always appears (even with a lower amount).
I deactivated all the plugins (except woocommerce) and the problem remains.
Do you have any idea what the cause could be?
