On the evening of February 28th, my WooCommerce inventory stopped synching properly with Ecomdash.
When there’s a sale on 1 of my WooCommerce stores, it does subtract inventory from all my platforms however if there’s a sale on another platform (eBay, Etsy, etc), that information is being updated within Ecomdash but is not being sent to WooCommerce hence my WooCommerce inventories are being thrown off.
I have taken a number of steps to resolve this:
1) White-listed all of Ecomdash’s IP addresses.
2) Double-Checked that my REST API is checked off and also double-checked the Legacy REST API. I also toggled the Legacy REST API jusy to make sure it wasn’t needed.
3) Re-Enabled WooCommerce within Ecomdash
4) Made sure I have updated all my WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
I’ve also been chatiing with Ecomdash support but they’re at a Dead End on the subject. As of right now, Ecomdash is broken and dead for me.
I suspect that February 29th has caused this problem.. potentially a clock somewhere within WooCommerce or Ecomdash that is misaligned. This problem started with my first February 29th order on eBay not synching.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
