Woocommerce making CPU jump from 0.5% to 500%+

Website works perfectly but when I’m in the admin panel and I do anything with woocommerce, add a coupon, edit a product, or anything else, the CPU spikes to 500% and crashes the entire server. I have to reboot it to make it work again.

I’ve tried looking for php errors, I’m no expert but I don’t see any.

How can I check logs or something to figure out what’s the problem?

I’m using litespeed wordpress server on AWS.
