Woocommerce orders not syncing with TalentLMS

Hello,

I see you have an open support ticket with the TalentLMS support team, so I have replied to you in the thread regarding the issue you are facing. From the first inspection, your issue looks to be due to out of sync product-courses. Hitting resync in the TalentLMS Integrations tab for a course that is integrated will likely create a new product, perhaps due to certain changes you have made to the product since integrating the TalentLMS course.

The TalentLMS WordPress plugin should be compatible with the latest version of WordPress, but it has been tested by our developer team up to version 6.1.3.

Our support team has tested the plugin on version 6.3.1, and it is working there as expected also.

So it seems the products in our TalentLMS are not syncing with the correct products in Woocommerce? Do the names of the products on both systems have to match? I’ll reply to our support ticket instead.
