WooCommerce Payments is free and available to businesses in supported countries. It adds credit cards and other payment options for your customers, and transactions are managed directly in the WordPress dashboard. Yes, it allows you take payments all over the world in multiple currencies.
I suggest checking out the plugin page or our WooCommerce Payments product page and the documentation.
If you decide you don’t want to use it and wish to dismiss the notice from the Payments settings area, you can dismiss it by clicking the three-dot menu on the row and clicking ‘Dismiss’:
