Hi guys, I was wondering if any plugins that could help me with this setup.
Basically, I just want a Pickup only Checkout page where a date timepicker, and order summary and payment buttons only would appear. So there will be no billing fields needed here.
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

I can build that functionality if you can’t find a plug-in.
Do you want to provide available time slots for pickup or can the customer pick any time and day for the pickup?
You could set local pickup as the only “shipping” option: https://woocommerce.com/document/local-pickup/. Not sure how to disable payments completely but COD (Cash On Delivery) might be a way to do it: https://woocommerce.com/document/cash-on-delivery/. That said, I would be concerned about fake purchases. You might want to do a “reserve” or “deposit” fee. Even if it is just $1, it would help prevent bots and malicious actors because they have to use a real payment method even though its such a small amount.
