Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry that you’re facing this issue!
If you’re seeing text that reads from top to bottom on the All Products screen, then that’s because you’ve enabled all the fields in Screen Options, so there’s no space left for AIOSEO fields.
This can break your view on smaller screens and you should be able to see all the fields if you zoom out by pressing Ctrl and – together (Windows) or Command and – together (MacOS) – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96810?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
So you’ll want to click on Screen Options in the top right corner of the All Products screen and select only the necessary fields as per your requirements. You can unselect all the fields that are either blank (such as Tags) or not required (such as Starred/Favorites).

Again, this is not an issue with All in One SEO or your WordPress site, and you’re facing this only because of the smaller screen size and more fields.
