Hey Rajesh,
We found out what was causing the random coupon generation. It is a Cart Abandonment automated email that is sent to customers who abandon their cart. It generates a coupon and a link to the cart with the coupon in it.
So, we’re keeping that function, and everything is straightened out. It would be good to include this on the topic I first started so other people can know what the issue was.
