Currently, WooCommerce does allow for customization of emails sent to customers. You can add your shop information, logo, and other details manually by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. In this section, you can edit the Header, Footer, and Body of the email templates. You can add your shop information in the footer or header section as per your preference.
However, I understand that an automatic feature would be more convenient. If you have any ideas that could improve the WooCommerce core plugin, feel free to submit an Enhancement request.
