The Woocommerce Reviews add-on integrates Site Reviews with Wocommerce, replacing the Woocommerce review system with Site Reviews. It also integrates fully with the Woocommerce API, and if you enable the experimental setting, it should also work with other Woocommerce addons (i.e. Google Merchants, etc.).
So if you are using Woocommerce and Site Reviews, it would still make sense to use the add-on.
