Okay, so I technically can get a line break to show up on the store and product pages:
[Store View])The issue I am running into is the <br> code shows up a couple different places. It does *NOT* show up on the email receipt that WC sends out, but it does show up in Square (my payment processor, which I have synchronized with my inventory in the site) and it also show up on the packing slips which [Stamps.com]) generates.

[Square Item Library])My question is whether I can control this somewhere/shomehow? I know that this is not the intended way to list products, but the line breaks really help the way the items display on the site. It looks like WC has something removing that html code before it sends the emails. Does anyone have experience modifying the **WooCommerce Square** or **WooCommerce – StampscomEndicia Integration** plugins to strip that out before importing the product descriptions?

Don’t put html or line breaks in the product name. It will affect things where it shouldn’t, as you’ve seen. Use punctuation like commas or braces/brackets.
I used this plugin years ago. It lets you split the title without adding html to it directly
