WooCommerce Store Notice – Frequency

Hello,

I’m using WooCommerce store notice on my site and I have two questions:

1) If a visitor dismisses this notice, will they see it again only after the site cache is cleared or their browser cache is cleared – or will they see it every time they visit the site (new browser session)?
2) Is there any way to ensure this shows every time on the cart page (ie even if dismissed) but acts normally (ie doesn’t show if dismissed) on other pages?

Apologies if this has been asked before on the forum, I couldn’t find an answer via search.
