Hi, I’ve had an unusual glitch with WooCommerce orders, but my immediate issue lies with support at Woo. I’ll initiate a ticket on the Woo contact page, get an extremely thoughtful and helpful email reply from a Happiness Engineer, but then my reply emails seem to fall into a void and I don’t get any responses. I would especially like to reconnect to @rdeari as we were having a very productive conversation. Many thanks!
