Beginner here.
I updated Wordfence through WordPress console. I was updating to latest version from two or three previous minor version. There was an error message stating update failed but I refreshed the page too quickly and noticed Wordfence was not in the installed plugins list.
I called my provider and the only suggestion is to reinstall Wordfence.
I looked in my database and I have a bunch of tables with wf in the name and I’m assuming it’s for Wordfence.
My question is: if I install Wordfence would it override or wipe out my previous settings? Or would the new version use the existing tables?
