Go to the Site Reviews Settings > Strings page and search for the following:
- Excellent
- Very good
- Average
- Poor
- Terrible
And replace each with your own text.
Alternatively, use the Loco Translate plugin.

Another question, why are the stars no longer displayed here, but on the other pages with 5 stars or 4 stars they are, is it because it is 4.7 here and this is not displayable?

Could be caused by a caching plugin that is trying to minimise your inline CSS. The 10Web Booster plugin has been known to do this for example. Check your caching plugin settings and contact them for support if needed.
Ok I just tested it again and declined a rating, at 5 stars and 4 stars it displays normally, 4.7 it can’t seem to display correctly.
Are you using a caching plugin and did you try deactivating it to rule out a caching/optimisation issue?
