Hi! I am trying to start a blog on [wordpress.org](http://wordpress.org) and I have my site hosted through cloudways. The server is set up and I am trying to go into the word press admin page to edit my site but it keeps telling me my account is pending approval and that I will recieve an email when it is approved. It has been days and I have not gotten an email. I emailed the word press account email and have not heard back. Sometimes on the admin panel it will ask for my email and password (which I don’t believe a password was ever set up) and when I enter anything in it tells me to check my email for a password reset email which I also have not received ever. I have no idea what to do at this point. If anyone could give me guidance on where to go from here that would be great. Thank you

This is problem is not with wordpress it’s with Cloudways . Reach out to Cloudways support directly. Explain the situation where you’re getting “pending approval” messages for your WordPress admin panel.
