WordPress Address (URL) Changed, Now Cannot Login

On this site https://fairylandmassage-bangkok.com/, I mistakenly changed the WordPress Address (URL) to https://fairylandmassage-bangkok.com/grace.

Now, I cannot login to WP-Admin!

Below are the screenshots of what I see when trying to login.

So, I cannot reset the WordPress Address (URL).

Is there any way to reset the WordPress Address (URL) without logging in?

Note that I am using the Change wp-admin login plugin to make the Wp-Admin https://fairylandmassage-bangkok.com/grace which further complicates matters.
