WordPress admins: How do you deal with bounced emails?

[ad_1]

I’m having a really hard time (impossible actually) time finding some sort of plugin that will deal with email bounces. I have a client who has raised the ire of their SMTP provider due to a high bounce rate.

I’ve implemented some stronger bot detections, but I still really need a way to make sure that WordPress doesn’t send (more than one) email to a bad account.

Am I missing something?

  1. Use a transactional smtp service that blackholes bounced addresses.

We used to use Mandrill but I’m sure the others do it as well.
