WordPress and CSS3 button problem

I am tryin to use custom [codepen](https://codepen.io/kathykato/pen/rZRaNe) buttons on my website but it won’t work. I put the HTML in HTML Code element and CSS in advanced tab and it does nothing. I’m using WordPress 6.5.4 running Hello Elementor theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
