I’ve checked astra color settings, it’s all set to my blue and black. Yes I clicked on mobile as well to make sure those settings were the same.
I’ve clicked onto nav menu but it just helps me edit the menu, not the colors. Kind of confused. Would love help.
Issue is not on desktop.

It should let you edit the link colors inside the header builder section. If not then maybe it’s an Astra Pro feature. I am not certain but I know a lot of features are inside of the pro version for editing typography and that may be one of them.
Do you have a Global color set as that color that could be overriding it?
Your hover color on mobile shows as red.
Go to Customize > Header Builder > Off-Canvas Menu, then click on de “Design” tab, and there the second color of the Link menu color should be the hover state. Change it to whatever you want it to be.
