WordPress backend redirecting to odd URLs

In our WordPress backend – whatever I click on in the menu redirects to a long string of code in the URL instead of the correct menu option. For example, the dashboard itself should be:

[https://mydomain/wp-admin/](https://mydomain/wp-admin/)

Instead, it redirects to:
