WordPress Block Is Not Copying it’s showing blocks as HTML code and not working

This is the second image of what’s happening when I am pasting the copied WordPress Blocks on a new post: https://snipboard.io/aZJhPu.jpg

Whenever I try to copy all the WordPress Blocks it gets copied but when I paste it all the blocks are shown as HTML or codes and I am very frustrated as I don’t know how to solve this I also deactivated all the plugins then checked it but still the issue didn’t get solved so I don’t know what to do so please help me solve this as I am really frustrated and worried🙏.
