Im wondering if many of you, who use wordpress but at the same time, knows how to code, use this combination…
I dont have problem using bootstrap or coding html css but i would like to know if wp bootstrap will make the site “less heavy”
For background, i know how to handcode static site but for WordPress, my current workflow is using oxygen builder.
If not bootstrap, any other suggestions are welcome

Use bootstrap or wordpress but there is no interest to use both.
If you are using oxygen, just keep using it. Have a nice day
