WordPress – changes made on web page not updating live. Problem with cache. I tried almost every solution, still stuck with problem

Hy guys

I have a problem with caching on the page: [https://local-grill.com/])

The page was made in WordPress with Elementor page builder.

The problem is that whenever I post something new on the page, or change the text or any other form of change, I can only see that change while I am logged in as the admin of that page in WordPress. But if I view the page from another device or through incognito private mode, the same change is not visible.

The site is connected to the Cloudflare CDN service (free version) and I have Cloudflare’s “super page cache for Cloudflare” plugin installed in WordPress itself…

The steps I took to try to fix the caching issue are as follows:

\- I deleted the cache from Google Chrome

\- I also tried the SHIFT+F5 hard refresh combination, which deletes cache data from the browser itself

\- In the WordPress plugin “super page cache for Cloudflare” I tried “Purge cache”, “Disable cache” and even deactivated the plugin

\- In the settings of the Cloudflare CDN service, I set the option “Purge cache”

\- In the settings of the Cloudflare service, I put the option “Developer mode” which “temporarily bypass our cache. See changes to your origin server in realtime.”

\- Paused the entire Cloudflare service for the domain “[local-grill.com](https://local-grill.com)”

\- Added the option “Regenerate CSS & Data” in the settings of the Elementor page builder itself

\- In the settings of the Elementor page builder itself, put the option “CSS Print Method: Internal embedding”

\- I contacted my hosting provider and they cleared caching on their servers, but problem still persist

I don’t know if I’ve forgotten another method that could solve the problem, but unfortunately all of the above didn’t work and I’m really out of ideas. All the possible options I found on the net failed to solve the problem, so now I’m already in a state of despair, considering that I work for clients who need to regularly change something on the website itself.

I know that the problem must be in the caching itself, because when I add “?” sign to the end of the URL itself, in incognito mode, then the page is displayed with that newly added content, which is normally only displayed to me when I’m in the admin mode of wordpress and while I’m editing the page in Elementor.

You can see the problem at the following URL: “[https://local-grill.com/menu]” at the bottom of the page where the old, unchanged version is located (“picture 1” attached), and when you add “?” to the end of the URL, then the URL looks like: “[https://local-grill.com/menu/?”]”) and you can see the new updated version, which should look like this live without any caching (“picture 2 QR” in the attachment).

If anyone had the same or a similar problem before and successfully solved it, I would really appreciate a potential solution.

  1. Seems to be caching on your network or browser. The QR code shows on both links for me.
