We would like to encourage commenting on some blog posts, but don’t want users to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the article.
Are there any great WordPress plugins that allow users to comment right from a pop up on screen without the need to scroll to comments section?

How can they comment on something if they haven’t read it?
Sounds like a recipe for spamming.
