My site dashboard is not loading properly. Two months ago I built a website using for the company I currently work. But that website was compromised. After that I deleted previous themes and installed a new one. Now it’s dashboard is not loading properly.

Based on the screenshot, it seems that your WordPress core files are corrupted as well. I suggest you to replace all WordPress root files and all files in wp-admin and wp-includes directories on your server. Keep wp-content, because there are your images, plugins, and themes.
Your CSS file isn’t loading. The theme has no impact on the admin area.
Did you change the domain name or something else? Have your file permissions be set correctly?
Press F12 and check the Console and/or Network tab so see the error.
Also, how did you clean the site – or did you just build a new one?
