WordPress deleted my entire website after forgetting to renew subscriptions

[ad_1]

WordPress deleted my entire website.

I forgot to renew the subscriptions of my website and i realised this after not receiving emails in my inbox anymore. Checking in on [wordpress.com]), my account failed to load any of the information that was previously present. The custom theme i’d bought is gone, the complete appearance of the website is gone and i dont know what to do. After renewing my subscription and in panic-mode buying another subscription the website is still entirely gone as it was before. I tried to use jetpack for looking at backups but it make me buy another €300 subscription, and now i’m not even sure the backup of the website is even present.

Is there anyone who knows what to do so i can retrieve the looks and content of my website??

  1. [Wordpress.com]) deleted your website, not WordPress. The only people that can help you is the [Wordpress.com]) support team – their version of WordPress is different to the free, open source version.
