The website would be from scratch, the client has already bought a domain. With all the design elements that you have to make, plus the page functions, how much would you charge?
How much value are you adding to their business. Charge based on that.
I usually charge for 4-6 hours per page when quoting, depending on whether I’m working with a designer, or building the designs myself.
