WordPress doesn’t work well after website migration

Hi!

Recently, I changed the hosting of my website, and now WordPress doesn’t work very well. These are the issues detected:

1. I can’t change anything from the theme (Carrino).

2. I can’t create new posts.

3. I can’t receive comments.

Please, anyone have some idea what problem it is?
