WordPress is cms. Forminator is the form plugin. I use smtp for delivery. Submissions go to the inbox, but then after a few mins they disappear go automatically to spam folder. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Try whitelisting the email that the form emails are coming from. This would be an issue with your email not your WordPress site.
