Hello everyone, this isn’t a very technical post, but rather a request for advice.
About 4 months ago, I started working as a front end developer in a new office. I often have to develop WordPress websites; their workflow is as follows: the front end developer receives the content of the pages (a word document only text without images) and the design only for the homepage. Then, based on that design and content, I have to develop all the other pages (about 40 pages). Additionally, I also have to find all the images. They also want the pages to not have the same layout, so I have to create variations. This whole process is very frustrating for me because it’s a slow process, and it seems like I have to do the work of others too (for example, searching for images). Do you have any advice on how to improve this workflow? I’m also considering changing jobs because, apart from the slow development of WordPress sites, there are also other app projects to work on, and they always lack design, which makes everything difficult for me.
